PhillyB is right about using the grade of oil recommended by the manufacturer. In your particular case, you have a double overhead cam engine and getting oil up to those cam bearings is hugely critical.

This is one type of engine that you don't want to mess with the oil specifications. In extreme circumstances, there would be a higher possibility of starving the cams when you reduce the oil viscosity.
