Default can my engine handle a turbo?

Can the GM High-Value 3.5L V6 handle a turbo?

I don't know much, if anything about these engines. Just about any engine can take mild amounts of boost if you provide enough fuel and watch the timing closely. Most oem engines produced today have hypereutectic pistons and cast rods and crankshafts. These aren't nearly as strong as the forged units that came in earlier models and aftermarket setups.
