Thumbs down My mercedes is dieing at the grand age of 4

Very bad news, it is a filter with a long name beginning with p and it is £600 for the part only. Think I may get rid of it

Whats is strange I been on the mercedes forums and theres a car same model, same age with same problem perhaps they had faulty batch that year? perhaps merc needs to give me a new one because its their fault

Without seeing it and hearing it, it is hard to be sure, if the air filter is OK and the intake piping is not distorted then there should be a port that you can tap into and run it and monitor the boost, or lack of.

You want to look up your warranty, and if that doesn't help the EPA, site I may be wrong but I always thought anything to do with pollution control has a 7 year warranty.
