Default 1999 c230

Need help to diagnose problem with air conditioner. Get a hissing sound when turned on and then blows air fast and stops. Starts to throw air periodically.
Not sure what the problem is. How do I add more freone? Where is the service port and steps?

You're probably running low on freon. But you could also check and watch your compressor make sure the clutch engages and runs and does cycle. If it doesn't run at all, the problem is most probably low freon.
